Head Instructor: Jose Tabora

Jose Tabora is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Robson Moura. Jose has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for about 20 years. Through out those years Jose has learned the gentle art from various BJJ masters: Rickson Gracie, Ricard Almeida, Fernando Yamasaki and Wellington “Megaton” Dias. Jose continues to learn the latest BJJ techniques from Robson Moura. When you are learning from Jose, you are learning from a treasure chest of BJJ knowledge. Whether you are training for competition or just looking to get in shape with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jose will guide you on the right path. Jiu Jitsu is a journey.

Jose has also been learning and teaching Muay Thai for 9 years under Sakasem “The Punisher” Kanthawong. Jose attends and set-up seminars where he is constantly learning new techniques and training methods for Muay Thai. Jose has taken Muay Thai and implemented a cardio aspect for people just wanting to learn Muay Thai without contact. So, if you are looking to learn Muay Thai whether it be full contact or just get a great cardio workout Jose will guide you.

Jose has been training in MMA for about 17 years ever since he started with BJJ. Jose mixes the core technqiues of BJJ, freestyle wrestling and Muay Thai that he has learned over the years creating a devasting style of MMA. Jose has all the right equipment for the MMA student looking to take his game to the next level. Jose has a half cage, a full boxing ring, over 10 heavy bags, tractor tires of various weights, rope pullies, elastic ropes and various other equipment fo his students.
