Cardio Workout is really great when you want to burnout those calories~’”
Went to a class last week, but it wasn’t what I thought it was. It was fun, but I learned real quick that I need to work on protection more than I have in the past (granted it was strictly Muay Thai, not mixed). I could continue going, but what’s the use of getting my face bashed in every week, I’m not learning anything that way. Wanted to get more instruction and get hands on down the road. Any chance of private training?
John- I’m trying to understand your statement. Do you basically mean that the class consisted of you just being used as a sparring dummy, as opposed to a student who should be learning? You felt that you weren’t really being taught anything?
Keep it up and in 2011
